    hello you saw him building a silencer wth wouldnt you get suspicious. i dont believe Ponce behind, he lying. i dont think the prosecutors should make deals w/ criminals. Ponce was guilty too maybe not as guilty but he still is. he knew what happened and he still lied to the police
