What is the IOM?
I don’t think many people in the international community have heard of Bhutanese or their troubles. You can’t expect much from them if they don’t. Good luck with propagating your videos.

the IOM is the Sub-Organisation of the UN (not directly the UNHCR) that is responsible for sheltering and resettling the refugees.
I know nobody has heard about it, that’s why I’m doing the videos: you’d think a 100.000 displaced people would cause some stir, but they were evicted largely without any media coverage. Thanks for your time & attention,

You don’t know what the IOM is?
That should be Institute of Medicine as there is a Medical College near that camp. They might have burrowed the vehicle.
I think thael is right. My guess was wrong. Talking about infiltration , I have seen an Indian with Bhutanese Rufugee ID. So with bribes being very powerful , its possible that other people than refugees getting the asylum.
IOM stands for International Organizaion for Migration.
Bhutan has no al-Qaida or Oil or Nuclear bomb to get the World’s headlines. However there are issues like dictatorship monarchy, showcase democracy (after the uprising by southern Bhutanese), world’s highest per-capita refugee population, South -East Asia’s most protracted refugee crisis..
