Author: a tutorial on youtube that tells you where to get it for free. Then go to a website named “www.esnips.com” Type in a search for “SSJ4 Vegeta”, and download the file. Then go back to Fighter Factory and export the SSJ4 Vegeta file. It’s pretty simple, really. Oh, and that file also has a bunch of other badass effects as well.
