when i did this on my site template, it comes up in dreamweaver, but not in the preview in firefox. It only shows the background color in the preview…help?
Yeah you can use png for buttons, if you want to use non square buttons.

No, I think this guy is perfect for tutorials. Good voice preventing you from falling asleep and he’s got that little thing that keeps you interested.
The pace is PERFECT. I doubt anyone is able to follow the video live without having a dual-monitor setup and be quick, but taking notes while he is doing this, and using the pause and rewind functions is the way to do it.
I like how he makes his videos short and interesting.
Here’s a trick, take out a pen and paper, take notes on everything he does and put all of that in your little file cabinet in your desk; and BAM. You will be creating an entire library of hand written tutorials with access to at anytime!
You will be able to arrange this to put Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, and other software tutorials right next to you. And you know what? Writting all of this stuff down once actually pushes you to remember, it’s nearly as effective as taking a course for it!
I am very new to this and am finding it very helpful. I already have been able to accomplish a few things in a short time that I had been struggling with for several days! For a 60 year old guy that’s amazing! Thanks!
