You really cannot go wrong with either Skinning or Herb. If you hate competition or can’t play at odd hours, then pick Skinning. If you don’t mind competing for herbs and stuff, take Herbalism. Honestly, both professions max out at about the same G/Hour (1-1.5k or so in the best spots). If you really want to know how to make serious gold, check out my premium guide (url at end of video or in description) and i’ll show you how to turn Skinning or Herbalism into about a 2.5k/hour profession
Hi. M8 … What is the best place to farm with skinning ? is it the mammoth place or rhino ?… Btw Rhinos gives a lot of scraps from skinning and if you ain’t leatherworker .. ?
I prefer these rhinos. It’s not the BEST place to farm with skinning (for that, go to the url that is pasted across my video), but it’s good. You can concert scraps to leather now without LW (as you can see in my video, I right click them to create Borean Leather, like at 1:52)

Howling fjord is actually better.. better drop rate on leather.. dont’ get as many scrap leather.. The mobs are a little more spread out but you have to kill less to get your leather.. Also Arctic Fur drop rate is about the same.. Also you get the Shovel tusk meat.. which on my server sells better then Rhino meat.

ok i gota ask, and i know ill get some coments like noob, but how do u pick up that many packs without them pathing back?
You have to keep hitting them. That’s why I take off my weapon and use my AoE to keep them aggro’d. Then equip my weapon and kill them at the end.

Yeaaaaah, I don’t find that buying a 22-slot bag is worth the gold (yes, even when I have this much gold I still think logically, hehe). And, I am just so ****ing unlucky it takes me years to get any of the BoP dropped bags because my rolls are terrabad.

They are level 69-70 so, using the skinning formula for skinning>100, skill/5=LvlYouCanSkin, you have the following:
350/5 = 70. You need 350 skinning to skin these.
these only give scraps and the arctic fur off these are like .00001 drop chance so its crap farming IMO
i believe you just got lucky but i am a rogue so i dont really kill as fast as you ^_^ might just be that
Definitely not luck, my friend. I test-run every single strategy that I promote for at minimum 20 hours. The arctic fur drop rate is consistent here and I get on average 10-14 per hour – which works out to over 600g+ in arctic fur alone.
