i just go to shalozar kill the frenzy hearted mobs (if you have oracles rep) southwest of the map. they respawn constantly and drop an average of 10-15 silver plus runic potions which auction for quite a lot of gold.

this place is good for farming netherweave cloth sells for 5g a stack on the AH, and it drops ALOT here.
