Okay. I don’t see them on this one except maybe the misuse of a common when quoting something. However, that is not a required rule and the line between where it should and does not have to be used is fairly gray.

common? I think you meant to say comma. Using a comma would be a misuse.You use quotation marks when quoting something anyways.

Progressive thinks the American public is stupid, that they will purchase bogus insurance policies because of some DUMB looking caricature. Progressive’s Car Insurance Policy appears to be nothing more than a pyramid scheme in which those Corporate Executives at the top get richer and richer while injured policyholders are left without medical care as I have delineated in my video “Progressive Insurance Has Treated Me as Road kill”.
